http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14664032
B/O: 18 keys, possibly willing to do 17 keys. (In the comments he said he couldn't do lower than 17)

B/O: 17 keys
Need proof of sales, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14000362 - C/O of 20 keys, a bud, etc.
His "current offers" are from a two month old trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12432464
As stated in his own notes. And even then, still no evidence.
6 months was the last suggestion.
Outdated offers should not be used as proof, no matter how old the price is.
The C/O that guy apparently has isn't even on that trade. He linked this one as proof: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12432464

And 14 keys from?...
He's keeping the low range... ._.

Just bumping down the high range. It's definitely incorrect because of the 2 standing B/O's, one of which, has been standing for 2 weeks.
You need sales/buyouts of 14
