Conclusion

The first sale may have been a quicksell at first, but the second sale and the fact the current owner would've took 25 keys (looks like the offer is retraced http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14626993 . 3 days since offer and no sale) I guess its fine if its in the range. Vote accordingly.
