I know it may seem weird, but if you think and just look at the eff. You cant say taht nuts and bold or Bubbles does look cooler then Planets orbiting around your head. I think its one of the most coolest effects thats cheap! In the whole game!

I also like this effect more than bubbles or nuts and bolts, but many people consider it to be low tier, that's why the prices are "cheap" and should stay this way - at least without valid proof.
