I wouldn't use the KE suggested price. The price of the KE was proved using this sale and doesn't make sense to use it to prove itself.
i talked with polar bear about it. we agreed that since it was only a month ago that this needs to have a range
That's great and all, but, you're proving the price of this hat using the same sale to price the KE. Using it like that is just basically saying x = x, which is doesn't make sense, IMO.
In a sense you are correct. I don't see it as proving the range but rather reaffirming the range. 51 vs 52 doesn't make much difference on high end values. But having 2 sales at similar prices does make us more confident we have the correct value in the first place
Never argued that the price is wrong, just saying using the sale like this to affirm the high-end is just saying x = x.
also when i sold the hat. we valued it at 50 pure. even if most of my offers were well above that. and yes i valued the sunbeams KE higher than the TC. just as i value my Sunbeams NOH higher than the Sunbeams KE.
Should at least give me a chance , this just made me close mine.

also had a private offer from a friend who has a roboactive crones + 2 power surge brainiacs. the crones is currently valued at 75 + 2 the hairpieces... which i value at 8 each. so yes it goes towards a 80+ offer. or 75+ to be more secure for you folks.
All hats are priced in pure. As you said yourself, you would have taken 50 pure. Anyone offering more than that is overpaying out of laziness / convenience (for not having to sell a bunch of hats for pure). Overpay factors are a lot higher on high end unusuals, but we are sticking with our firm resolve to value everything in pure on this site.
