Seems like a shark and maybe he's trying to get rid of it fast or something :/That isn't a shark. Learn what sharking means.
The guy knew it was worth 7-8 buds and he was lied to be some other random newbie and sold it for alittle over 10 keys in games (he went by steam store prices)
It was most likely a kid because of game choice.

If he consensually wanted those games and could not be informed about its value even though he clearly used backpack.tf, then I do not deem it to be a shark.
