It came from the fact that one quicksold for 6 buds and the current owner is selling it for 8 buds along with another. He would mostly likely sell in the event that someone offered 7.5 buds. If you deem this to be inaccurate, then I'm not sure what the correct range would be since I cannot use offers to justify a low-end below buyouts. It would also seem odd to have a high-end above two buyouts lower than it, also since there are so many on the market, then I cannot simply suggest a flat price. If you could please give me some direction on a course of action, then it'd be much appreciated.
