Why you say 16 keys is an outiler? Actually, it's pretty easy to get a bud for 18 keys, so this is around 0.9 buds or 0.85 buds if you take a bud as 19 keys. Maybe 16 - 19 keys to set a range.

Edit: Nevermind, I just saw the last suggestion was accepted 2 days ago with 94% of positive votes so probably the price is fine for now.
