Fourth didn't sell.

I'd say this hat is abundant enough and well-defined as cancer enough to require more proof than just 6 links. Maybe BM 'em and submit in a couple weeks with full-on sale proof.

Fourth did sell, look at his bp. Scrap.tf and scrapbank.me never has this hat and only 2 pages in the outpost. This ain't no cancer hat btw. :/

I'm basing the cancer claim off of unusual prices with hats I have experience with, so I may be wrong.
