First suggestion, have mercy please c:
1) Low tier hat
2) Low tier effect

Prices went down, new effects became more common and memory leak was no longer as appealing as compared to other effects.
No longer easy to sell- seller left it at 1.7 Buds for almost 2 months and no good offers.

I just sold mine for a steaming company mann (1.4 - 2 Buds). It was that hard to sell.

Do take note that it's almost impossible to sell, and the current pricing of placing it at 2 Buds is quite deceiving, buyers actually think they can profit, when in fact this hat is low tier and the effect is low tier as well.

You must account unusual overpay. If you go to the stats to see the original price of the steaming company man, it says 1.4 - 2 buds (1.7 buds in the middle) x 0.9 unusual overpay ~ 1.5 buds.
So, 1.5 buds of your sale and 1.7 buds from the other B/O, a better range should be 1.5 - 1.7 buds. It's not really a good idea to set a flat price when the unusual has been traded more than one time.]
Original suggestion for this was based on b/o's and was 1.7-2. This is certainly better
