Alright.
Lets get started.
This is my first suggestion.
Sold:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14161556 - Jefe + P.E Mining for a Secret Attendent
Accounting in Unusual overpay, the high end of the attendent was taken to be around 13.1, and low end of mining would be 1.7. 13.1 - 1.7 , = 12.4. I'm really not very certain on how this exactly works though, so I would put a range of around 12 for now.
Offers in the trade range from high tier unusuals to much unpriced robo/summer effects.
Best offer that was rejected was a DUPED burning cowl. Again, i'm not sure on how this exactly works, but i would count that as 11, 0.8 away from its low end on Bp.tf. Recieved plentiful offers around the 9 - 10.5 range, including Clean Burning Phantoms, and a CM Tree. (Low end was 10.8 when offered before the price was updated.) Significant offer of a V.BK and Bubbling Officers Ushanka as well.
2nd one on the market:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14334934
Jefe was sold along with a CM Geisha and smoking tyrants for a CLEAN beams modest, to my knowledge (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
High end of the modest - 19
Low end of Geisha - 4.5
Low end of Tyrants - 2.2
19-4.5-2.2 = 11.3
Also recieved significant offers like Scorching Gentlemen Ushanka(9.4) and Scorching Lids + 1 (9.4)
In conclusion, it consistently gets offers around 9.5 - 10+ range, and has sold for significantly higher. Quite a popular hat, and personally do think its pretty themed too. <---Personally <------- I'm more or less just bumping the high end of this hat as well.
High end - 12 + 11.3 / 2 = 11.65
Constructive Criticism is very welcome. I would honestly appreciate it.

bp.tf calculated overpay = Mid range unusual price * 0.9 = overpay price
Eh, i just took the low range. Isn't that fine too?
Mostly is, I used to do it when I didn't know about overpay. If I were you I'd resugest this with a range that has been calculated with unusual overpay. Best start getting into the habbit of it ;)
No, as in, i counted overpay using the low end .-.
Ooh, well then yes, resuggest it for sure, it will end up quite innacurate ;)
Thanks, but i still do not understand. Rules stated using either the low end of bp.tf or 0.9 of the mid range for unusual overpay. Am i missing something here?
Basically what I do is Mid range * 0.9 and if it goes lower than the unusual if priced i just use low-end ;)
I see. Thanks for the heads up, but honestly doesnt affect this much.
Low end is fine. Don't need mid range * 0.9.
Secret attendant is 12-13.1, you should take the midrange of this hat (12.6) and subtract the mining light from it. That would put the sale around 11 buds.
For the beams modest, since it was a counteroffer, the modest can be evaluated at midrange price while the traded hats should take the low end. This again puts the sale right around 11 buds.
I think a better high end would just be 11 buds.
Another issue is that the first trade only wanted 10 buds, anything above that in unusuals would just be a form of overpay if he was content with 10 buds.
Coupled with the currency fluctuations, I believe you should resubmit.
