This hat is a very lovely hat and is now a retired hat for some time, i may be wrong but you cant get retired hats form unusuals anymore and with this hat with so little of them and not so many on the market woudent it be fair to raise it? people who i saw on tf2outpost do have there B/O'S AS 4 Buds which is understandable but lets push the hat up just to a lower 3 to 3.3 bud http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/id/52000e3a4bd7b8052600001d the owner cp.krits is b/o it for 4 buds and with so much between the hats buyout and its actual price and its effect with the hat in general adding on top of the retired part would it not this hat have more value in general and just not in effect but in general i want everyone to consider if the "retired hats" should get a price boost sense ( from what i have hear'd) you can no longer get these unusual hats that have been retired which put it out on scarcity and eventually there will be a demand for these hats and there is no possibly way for these hats to be produced anymore.
