Lowering based on current seller asking prices. 4 month old price, i imagine a currency change has artificially inflated it's price.

Yeah so the "new" price should be 3-3.5 just as it was 4 months ago for the last suggestion. In all likely hood it should be less since my blizz one barely got 2 pure but w/e. If someone wants to redo this with sales which are likely to be like 2.7ish go ahead, I'll close this suggestion.
I'm still on strike from doing PCs, but when I have noobs offering on my 4 bud hats with garbage like this quoting backpack.tf prices and telling me I'm stupid for not taking their offer it annoys me.

Omg I swear for God I saw an up arrow there xD NOOW it makes sense, my bad.
The price change has artificially inflated ALL of the unusuals. Having the price of one go down just because of inflation would result in imbalance.
And there was me thinking that the bookmark was a potential buyer (2nd link.) As much as I hate to drop the price of my own unusuals this hat really needs a good drop. Upvoted.
