The problem is that there is no real proof of that offer...

The seller is honest, he got the offer in a server and was not too sure if the guy is legit, that's why he didn't take it instantly. And now he is waiting for the guy to come back.

Still a bit fishy and not real solid proof.~

Not really seeing a problem with the current range. Your only proof to raise this is coming from a guy who explicitly says he will sell it for 3.1 pure, and he has still not sold for that. I expect that the 62 key offer was retracted.
