Since last suggestion is only a month old, most of the proof there is still pretty valid. Refined/Buds changes increased the upper end by 0.7 buds, and nothing indicates that would be accurate. Since 3 of the last 4 most recent buyouts have been 5 buds, I find it hard to believe anything above 5 buds would be valid, however, all unusuals need a range therefore I am putting the high-end at 5.3 buds.

Shouldn't it be 4.3-5 if the proof there is valid?

Pricing of unusuals is allowed to go back one month and since the last suggestion is in that time frame, the proof is still relevant, but should take less precedence than more recent buyouts/sales (remembering that buyouts only should be taken into account when lowering the price).
