Eh. Every single one of them is duped. I owned one of the dupes before and your range is correct. And generally dupes don't matter on hats <3 in value, but halloween hats are rarer, I actually think it did matter on this when I was selling mine. Several people wouldn't take it. Not sure. I'll let another mod decide if they are fine with that.
