        I wouldn't ever value a sale above a b/o, especially in this situation when he had a b/o of 5 for a while and no offer comes even close to that sale at 5.5. That is definitely an outlier. And disco engi cap was originally 2.7-3.1 putting that sale at ~5.


        I'd say range should be 4.5-5
