Modest is more like 16.5 or so with overpay, depending on how you calculate it, not 14. Don't see why the highest is only 15.7 with that logic.

the modest was last suggested at 14-16. Over pay is the low range.

When the modest was traded for the brainiac it was not 14 to 16, and you are CURRENTLY suggesting to lower the modest just so this can pass.
