Seeing as he declined 6, 6 and sweets, 130 keys and many other 6-6.5 offers, as well as Creamy being a well-known, fair-paying P. Fetti collector, I trust him if he says he sold for 7. I was also told - as, well, I was bidding on it too.
well u can see 7 buds in his backpack that were previously owned by creamy, so I guess it's fine..but this is still a really lazy suggestion, just saying

Because it's obvious as hell. Don't need to write offers if they're not part of the range, either...

If the hat is an old/rare hat with one sale in many months (>3 months), then it is acceptable to set a flat price and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (depending on how comparable the sale is to previous offers)
well i guess this is a case-by-case ... case then, although you dont fufill that last bit about previous offers

This hat is old.
This is a brand new hat that was recently unboxed. To me it doesn't matter if it's an old or new effect, brand new hats for any class typically result in bidding wars like this one went through. And collectors typically way overpay in the beginning. My opinion is that the rule applies here, but I know at least one other mod who disagrees. So I'll leave this up for another mod to decide
This hat will stay rare for a long time most probably. Most other new effects hats are getting unboxed frequently, have no stable value, this hat kinda has.
