The first link seems to be a quicksell because 2 people added him pretty fast just as the second sale; sold within a day. The second sellers offer of a bud was 1week ago and buds were updated 1day ago so its a proof for 19keys... the only real proof for 18 is the doctor sac...

edit: the doctor sac + 1key would be probably more then 18keys even with overpay

And that 1 buds offer that the seller jumped on also seems to have been retracted.
