Somewhat of a pain to trace the past trades on these, haha. Anyway,
Seems to have traded a Beams Berliners (~5.6) for the Goggles + 35 keys:

Seems like a 1:1 for a Power Surge Defiant Spartan (unpriced ;_; ):
[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14180594[/url], although it received offers of 2 pure, Cloud 9 Doctor's Sack, and Sulphurous Ze Goggles (~3.4, based on the price of the Phosphorus Goggles).
Received offers of Cloud 9 Doctor's Sack + 15 keys (~2.4 + .8 = ~3.2) and 1:1 with a GE Private Eye (~3.2, outdated):

And I recently bought one off of the Community Market for ~2.6:

So yeah, based on offers and recent sales, not counting huge outliers, it'd fall somewhere in the range of 2.6 to 3.8 buds.

You should use original suggested prices for items, not the inflated ones. Beams berliner was 4.6-4.9 so 4.75 average and it sold for the goggles + 1.8, leaves the goggles at ~3 pure.
You bought it for 2 pure converted.
C9 Doctor's Sack + 15 keys = 2.8.
Your purchase and the 1.8 sale seems to be both outliers, you can't price this yet, you need another sale in the range around 3 buds.
The average key on market currently was $2.37
You paid $92.92 for the hat, as seen in the screenshot you posted.
92.92 / 2.37 = 39.21 keys you paid for the hat.
39.21 / 19 = 2.06 buds you payed for the hat
I don't know what kind of keys you buy, but where I come from keys are worth $1.75.
92.92 / 1.75 = 53.1 keys he paid for the hat
53.1 / 19 = 2.8 buds he payed for the hat
You don't use paypal prices for steam wallet......
I was dividing by the price of keys according to what they're listed as here, so ~$1.86 per key. With the keys being that price, it'd be ~50 keys, so ~2.6 buds. I can change the suggestion accordingly if there's enough disagreement with this.
cleverpun taked about this some time ago, can't find the suggestion
anyway, if you're using steam market sales, then you should use the keys' prices on the market (2.37)
