Mhmm. I wouldn't have taken less than 33 in pure. But I would have strongly considered 33-35 pure. I had a few other offers pushing 35 after overpay as shown in the link, but none of them would have been as easy to convert as the 8 unusual offer I ended up selling for. Range looks good to me
