Hmmm...I think that 60 pure BP sale sounds kinda like a good deal.
Quicksale usually implies good deal when used correctly :P
Link 1 has an offer of a 13th hour fedora with spectrum (~10 at the minimum) + a big kill and white strange shades (~1 at the minimum) + "a couple of buds" (at least 2, so 2+) = 12+ at the very minimum
Link 2 is duped, so that's invalid evidence
Link 3 was a bp quicksell. Unknown price.
Link 4, mine, was not sold. It is also a duplicate.

Highest offer was a phosphorus Brown bomber, which is 20 buds, and was rejected.

The last price was based on a sale for the duped one at ~13.9 buds, and only one clean one is on the market with the lower b/o.
Also a 13th fedora + stuff is ~9 buds after overpay if you go by original price (+ x buds) and the guy who offered it doesn't even have a single bud, also he would maybe take a normal hourwar as well: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14801384
He could add in buds anytime. We don't know if hes got a stash of money somewhere.
For the fedora, 9.4 with spectrum = 9.8;
Shades (7 keys) [with white (8 keys)] + big kill (11) = 19 keys = ~1 bud (as of now)
so that's 10.8 + min of 2 buds = 12.8, and that's using every minimum price.
Maximum price would be fedora(10.4, 11.2 with paint) + big kill (12 keys) + shades (with paint 10 keys) [22 keys = 1.2 buds] + 2 buds (since a couple almost always means 2) = 14.4, which is actually higher than the current range. Take both arguments and average them to together and you get 13.6, which is right smack dab in the middle of the current range.
No, i cannot assume he has money waiting for a few buds, but you really cant assume the seller's overpay rate either.
His overpay rate is as high that he get 11 pure in the end. Just look at his B/O. Also it's better to use the original suggested price (8), not the inflated one.
What is the purpose of the inflated value if its not put to use? The offer was made 1 day ago, so the price of the fedora at the time was most likely still what it is now.
And from what i read in the sentence: "If you wish to offer unusuals it will be around what I am asking there in pure value of your unusuals." there is slim to none overpay, so you cannot apply fractional rates to the offered items.
There is no purpose now, sad but true. Why should be an 8 bud unusual suddenly be worth 2 buds more in 3 weeks just because the bud price has fallen 3 keys.~
I'm still waiting for this to be fixed, and by the time being we use original suggested values to envade this...
And as long as he doesn't have the buds we don't count his offer, it could be fake or whatever.
And again, if someone wants to sell a thing for a pure b/o, but sells for unusuals, the overpay needs to be so big to met the b/o. No matter what the buyer/seller wants, that is how we are counting overpay.
If we cant count his offer and assume it is fake, then the current key offer that he has cant be assumed to be true either. With that said, there are no sufficient sales/offers to support this suggestion since all the others are duped. As i hear alot from mods, more actual sales and not offers need to happen before any definite decision is made. The only sale that happened was the bp quicksell, which is insufficient evidence.
Yes very few information indeed. There is a 11 bud collection offer on the second houwar though and the seller seems interested. Maybe the price should be 11 buds flat, but for now this is surely a better price than the current one. I will accept it for now, but if higher sales do happen again, feel free to make another suggestion.
