Genuines, you say?
As usual, only doing trades that are a day or less unbumped and more than an hour old
2 pages+2 trades on outpost
A LOT of painted/taking offers/both
Unsold at 4.5 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14299559 (backpack.tf price)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14760255 (backpack.tf price)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14798843
Unsold at under 4.5 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14742720 -4 keys, 1 week old, autobump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14839653 -4 keys 2 ref, painted Pink As Hell
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14812315 -4 keys 2 ref (desc.)
Sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14868171 -3 keys+1 ref (sold for 2.5 keys+ sweets, looks like a quicksale)
Conclusion: As the only sale is a quicksale, I will base on the lowest unsold price
Constructive Feedback/Criticism is appreciated!
I mean, I don't really see proof of it being SOLD at 4-4.5, only proof that it's NOT being sold at 4.5 keys.
You don't seem to have a lot of proof for the unsolds, just 6 examples. Gonna need more links.
Your sold proof is just one link that is a quicksale, so I don't see a justification for the lower bound.
I would recommend getting more proof, a lot more. Especially links that prove your lower and upper price ranges.
edit: I understand there probably aren't a lot of Genuine El Jefe's being sold, but this suggestion is really stretching the lower bound down. So I'd require more concrete proof.
Out of 2 pages+ 2 trades on outpost (of which quite a few are the same item by the same person in different trades)
9 are looking for offers
12 are painted and looking for more,
1 is in a set
1 is looking for cash only,
3 are overpriced (5, 6 and 7 keys)
You have a fairly valid point, but I simply can't provide more proof.
Yeah, I understand.
I decided to do some searching on Outpost to verify your findings: (basically the same links as yours)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14798843 (4.5 keys) = UNSOLD
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14737807 (4 keys and 3.33) = UNSOLD
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14742720 (4 keys) = UNSOLD
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14760343 (4.5 keys) = UNSOLD
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14812315 (4 keys 2 ref) = UNSOLD
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14677198 (them rejecting 4 keys) = UNSOLD
I'm going to dig around some other trading sites... (I'll update this comment with my findings)
http://bazaar.tf/trade/336704 - Unsold for 2 months (probably due to poor bumping) for 4 keys
http://bazaar.tf/trade/466976 - Unsold for 4 keys + 2 ref
Yeaaaaah that's it. tf2tp.com is empty. bazaar.tf trades are outdated. I'll try dispenser.tf and trade.tf next.
http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/id/520025e3ba2536393a000003 - Nothing's happening on the backpack.tf listings. Only a couple of unsold. One for said price, and the rest are overpriced. :x
And low and behold, I found the quicksell http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14868171
So yeah, due to lack of sales at 4.5, and mass of unsolds in between, it's definitely not 4.5 anymore. Seeing as how there's barely any proof for solds though, I'm going to remain neutral.
Thanks, appreciate it.
