A: first price this hat has had, and none of the trades show what they have sold for, but it's assumed they either sold it for their B/Os, or under.

I only see B/O's, I don't know how you concluded it was sold for the asking price just because the trade is closed. Looking the second link I see an offer of 1.2 - 1.3 buds in items (we don't know which items), the third link has not a single comment on the trade and you said the fourth link was a quicksell...

No, if you don't have evidence of that (like a screenshot from the item history or a chat with the last owners), you can't use it as proof.

That would be 1.3 after overpay based on its original suggestion.
