All im saying is you have your proof of how much you sold it for, the quickseller (outlier) and a guy who has held on to it for over 5 months. All the other trades are a week or less and I'd say thats pretty young to judge offers from. Also you need to provide more sold at the price you are offering not just how much they are selling for.
Buyouts are enough to lower a price if enough time has passed. 1 month is enough time for a hat worth 1-2 buds.
