Uh, on link 1 both All Fathers are painted, link 2's also painted but the offer was retracted, link 3's painted and offered 1 month ago, link 4, that wasn't an offer. He was laughing at how he was trying to sell at 3 Keys. And link 5's painted.

You can't use all painted items as proof to set a price for an item, easy downvote.

Most of your proof involves painted hats. Unpainted sellers are selling in the current range. I don't see a problem when 2 is already in the range. There is also one in classifieds for 1.5.
