Maybe so, there were more sales on classifieds at 3 ref. According to trade.tf

1st link will grow old with time (3.33 still in range)

2nd link has an add after 4 days but its still in backpack.

:) little proof is due to lack of sellers in outpost that aren't painted or low crafts.
