I am lowering the price, if some one is willing to sell at 2 buds, would u buy it for more?

nope but maybe they dont get their buyouts, maybe they get only offers ~1-1.5 buds... just wait till they are sold and change the price later.

The rules state you can lower price based on buyouts, but not offers. Even if what you say is true, it's called being conservative - another suggestion could be made after this if offers don't even reach these buyouts like you say, a mega price drop. Baby steps there.

Lol at the one in Classifieds being wrong price in buds. Probably just because buds' price has been updated since it was put up.
