Only 4 of these and 3 of the owners are selling for 5 buds or less

As you can see it is not at all hard to get for 5 buds so this hat should get a drop in price. I am not making the bottom price 3.5 buds as the seller at that price was on a quick sell trade.

So then where does 4 buds come from then?

I felt that 3.5 was to low so 4 buds just it seems like 4 is a good even price for the lower end
