As indicated, you will need to use prices from the suggestion and not listed prices. For example, last suggestion for lantern phantom was 6.5-8 - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/523647164f96f427388b4569


Secret phantom is an old price that shouldn't be used. But even that was 15-17. And that sale shouldn't be valued higher than the b/o of 6. Perhaps a range of 6-6.5 would be reasonable.
