vintage gibus isn't more than 20. he added 13 = at most 33

33 is fair and is the rules. My offer is 28 then. Sale at 36 is outlier. Sale at 29.5 and a sale at 24.5. either 24.5-36(to large) or 28-29.5 or 24.5-29.5 would be fair I guess.

backpack history is accurate most of the time and its usually able to be backed up by outpost item histories, but this time it was almost impossible, since most of them were sold for other stuff instantly and didn't record one name

Any other offers >29? Again, the issue at heart here is whether 24 is the outlier or if 36 is the outlier. If the KE offer was not 1:1, I'm not sure that is usable.

The guy who owns it atm was banned from outpost and the second guy all his comments were removed

other than me and the KE, the other is a phosphorus crones which isn't priced here, whos c/o is a cloud 9 boa which is 26 after overpay,

we do have the right to do whatever we want; your hat is lower than what you bought it for because you overpaid. This hat has 0 offers above 30, a sale at 29.5, a sale at 24.5, and then your overpayment at 36

So there seem to be three well establish sales at 24, 29, 36. Previous suggestion suggested 24, 24, 29, but 13 buds disappeared from bp history that make that second sale at 24 ~36. Hard to tell what is the outlier, but given the numerous rejected offers at 26-28, it seems like selling at 24 was low. Giving the benefit of the doubt here and calling the 24 an outlier and 29-36 the true value.
