Since this item is rare and many are using as a keepsake its rare to even find sellers out there for 1.33 thus a price range of 1.33-1.66 seems sufficient because many are buying in the range between those prices

dude, its pretty common seeing this in banking sites for 1.33, like in scrap.tf and scrapbank.me. Also, you need proofs of sold at 1.66

It may need a rise but you'd need much more proof (although this is quite ugly). If you look at the last suggestion, from whooping 10 months ago though, that may be a sign that there has not been a need to raise this, ever.
