There are only 2 in the world and both sellers are selling at 2 buds pure for quick sell. There is no reason to keep the price range at 1.4~2.4 as neither seller will budge to lower the price below 2 buds.

You yourself are selling for 3 Buds, and selling =/= sold. I also do not see proof of the 1 bud + Snaggle C/O.
Sorry that is just an offer I received. It is the lowest of the bunch and you think I'm lying about it? Please check previous threads as this hat got a 90% acceptance rate when it was voted up for 1.4~2.4 but its never going to go below 2 again
It is entirely possible that you lied about it, but as the person below said, you have no proof of recent sales, and you are using the outlier to justify your price.
Just because you won't sell an item for below 2 buds doesn't make it's value higher than that (it's still within the previous range).
Well the history isn't very long on these hats and there are only 2 so overpaid is suggested because of rarity. But I'm not exactly suggesting a price raise because many people don't want the new effects but there is currently a 1 bud gap in the price which is ridiculous because it shouldn't be ranked anywhere near the price of effects in the 1.4~1.9 range. Just look at all the other hot doggers with new effects going for 2.3~2.8. If you want to compare the price of the power surge hot dogger to another hat, look at the power surge brainkbucket which is ranked right below the scorching brainbucket at 3.3~3.9 buds. Both scorching hot dogger and brainbucket are priced similar. But for some weird reason everyone on bp has lost sight in the hot dogger which has only had 1 successful vote in its history. So maybe the 3.7 bud outlier was a legitimate trade when you look at the facts.
I don't understand how the relationship between two fairly different hats affects the unusual prices. Just because two items of the same effect are priced similarly does not mean that the rest of the effects should follow suit.
What you have done is cherry picked the previous sales used from the previous suggestion; you neglect the fact that you have no recent legitimate sales to back up your suggestion.
There have been no recent sales of this hat as I was the only one selling it until another seller appeared today. Now this is the last time I will explain it to you. I'm sure you do a lot of voting on here,etc. and are fairly good at it. But there is an order and obvious demand for effects. Another example hat is the Guadalajara which also places the power surge at a top rank and I'm sure there are many more. I didn't say they should be the same but the brainbucket and the hot dogger have very similar prices for every effect like they should but clearly the price of power surge hot dogger has been neglected. Most people would agree that it is a nice new effect and would price it at a least 2 buds. It already has a max of 2.4, but the 1.4 low is an extreme low ball.
Using the same exact proof as the old suggestion, raising the value of a lvl 1 max's (it isn't 2.2), then adding an offer that is within the old range won't change the price
lol well I just corrected the facts and a lvl 1 max not duped is 2.2.
So basically what's changed is that you might've been offered something worth a little under 2 buds so the hat is worth more?
Okay well Kevin please look at the price of the power surge effect on other unusuals. My example for you is the Power Surge blood bucket which is currently 3.3~3.9 buds. It is ranked right below the scorching brainbucket which happens to be 1-2 buds cheaper than the scorching hotdogger. So Power surge is actually ranked in the top with the other new effects. But in this situation where this hat has had only 1 vote on backpack it is ranked below all the other new effects. Clearly this is not true and that is why I suggested the price change you see before you.

that puts that sale at ~1.8
Your last sale is an outlier. Perhaps range should be 1.8-2? But not seeing any evidence for your high end.
