To make a TL;DR

Out of all the sales available, only 1 is recent, valid and is not involving a gifted Dread Knot. Only 1 of the gifted knot sales is recent (NnB Tossle), factoring out the gifted tag it could possibly be worth ~1.7. Original suggested range on this was 1.3-1.7 by myself 2 months ago, so another thing to support the high end is the (3 months old) 1.7 pure sale.

Also, out of what Nieroda has given us, we can say that himself and Derp are liars. (And possibly should be reported for faking sales)
