Don't see any 0.66 sellers. Even though market is flooded with ppl trying to sell this for 1 ref, most of them are inactive trades that are occasionally bumped. For trades that are frequently bumped, it is easy to sell this at 1 ref. 0.88 remains, due to 1 trade in the market still hasn't sell for that price.
