I had one and offered it on two different oupost listings for a nuts and bolts magistrate's mullet and both people accepted the offer (I could only find one in my history, link below). I was trying to sell it for 12 keys or offers and got no response either.

Overall I think that it should be worth 11 - 13 keys because it's a robotic hat remake of a hat that's pretty ugly and the effect isn't great.
I found the second outpost link: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14993101
you have to account for unusual overpay
At the time the unusual had no price and maybe the guy I traded thought he could sell it for more. I honestly think this is a fair price but you won't see anyone willing to pay more than 13 keys for it.
it is not about opinions its about proof ....
I had two people with unusuals worth 12 - 13 that were willing to trade me
then sell it first then make the suggestion
I did sell it...
yeah and you didnt calculate unusual overpay so its a downvote for me and like the guy below you need 2 sales not one
Alright, I don't care, I was just trying to get a general range of what it's worth submitted.
You need 2 sales
I sold the hat to you.
Please take a closer look at the site rules before making your next suggestion; http://backpack.tf/vote?showrules=1
As others have said, you need two sales to price unpriced unusuals; this is to make sure that neither sale was due to hype.
We cannot see your inventory history, so that link is useless. Your screenshot doesn't show the effects of either unusual, so that is likewise unhelpful.
