Ever got this hat before. Somehow hard to sell. Tried to offer on 1.5 - 2 buds-ish items but rejected. The effect is nice but the hat is crappy. I think this is a somehow reasonable price
You need ~2 Sale proof/links if you want to pass a new suggestion (for unusuals).

People somehow love the effect but hate the hat. I asked unusual experts about this hat and they say i could only get near 2 buds in items.
You need proof of sales.
Selling this on OP would be absolutely hard since nobody likes the hat. As i told you before what I do is to go to TradeServers and ask their suggestion and I also try to selling them and i could barely got a Max.
