However, as you're lowering the price, this can still be used as proof as this is a suggestion to lower it and he's selling it at the low end.
You just need to prove 1.2 buds isn't happening, and that at least one's sold @ 1 bud before.

Your first link isn't sold btw, although unsold at 1 bud for 2 months is an indication. I can agree to a price drop here.
