Suggesting new price. Here are my proofs.

I'd also like to offer this as proof this hat is not priced correctly right now. Look at almost any other harvest moon hat, it's 95% of the time above scorching and usually between cloudy and secret. Right now, it's priced lower than flaming lantern, green fetti, ghosts and scorching. I can't find a single other harvest hat with that type of pricing.

Considering the very recent sales prices listed and where this particular harvest moon unusual lies within the other brainiac unusuals, I think a range of 21-27 is fair. My range removes the lower and upper sales and reflects more on the average. It also would place it above scorching and between cloudy moon and secret, like most other harvest unusuals.

For your third link you can't make up values for unusuals especially since you're practically basing your high end from it. Either wait for it to be priced or price it yourself.

The other sales you need to properly account for over pay as well, also you're using highly inflated values for your range :l

Link 1: AF Tyrants is not even close to 16-18. Look at this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12469566 - b/o at 12 for 3 months. Original suggested price was 12-14. And sulph beak is 7.5 after overpay. So that sale is really ~19-20 which is already less than your range

Link 2: Misty Buto price is 8 months old. This guy has a b/o of 14 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14729598 - so that sale is maybe ~15-16
