Conclusion: I never knew how fast an item can crash and burn. Bottom line, no one sells this for 3 refined, rather @ 2.33-2.66 instead. As usual, all criticism, counterproof, etc. is appreciated. Some links may be double-listed since I am tired posting this late at night.
