i go to a trade that is active, look at the item history, then go to the user page of a previous owner, then look through their trades

The salty dog offer is retracted, he sold it for something else. Based on the two other sales, it looks like this hat is only .9-1.1 buds. Sorry, I'm not seeing proof for the 1.5 high end. Although I do agree this hat needs a price drop.
