As you saw in the proof wall , it is hard to sell for 1.2 keys. But maybe it will stay as "quickselling price" and there were solds for 1 key. But that was rare . 1 key + 1 ref offers were hard to sell to. Maybe if you want it so fast you will get it for that price. As we see at all , The price should be 1 - 1.2 keys.
