There's a lot of painted Warsworn Helmets out there, not counting them.
Conclusion: This hat is getting unsold at its current price, some people are even trying to sell it at 2.33.

Well the proof for lowering the range to 1.66-2 ref doesn't seem very strong.
To reiterate, the unsuccessful sales evidence looks good, but to support bringing it to 1.66 or any other specific number, you're going to need some more links.

the reality is 1.66 is a quicksell for this hat. 2ref is a good price since there are still buyers.needs a little more proof for 1.66 and unsuccesful 2 ref sellers, yet i'll be neutral for now since there are not much trades in outpost.
A range of 1.66-2 means that an item is easily bought on the market at that range. That means there should at least be 1-2 sellers at any one time selling for 1.66.

In the last 3 days, trade.tf reports a total of 2 on sale at 1.66 and both sold quickly. It is hard to buy this for 1.66 ref and that should not be in the range at this time. 2 ref seems to be the most commonly traded price.
