Pretty much a range fix. When buds start to rise again, the price will probably change but here's my proof.

Recent sales are sparse. Even worse, there are only two on the market and one's duped.

Let's start with some history, and boy does this hat have some.

Oh the days. Yeah 6/7 buds for this hat was not uncommon, but it rose in price by a lot! So much that the next trackable owner, was able to sell his for 10:

Incidentally where it was offered on by the current owner, Nemo.

Nemo traded a Green Black Hole Flamenco (8-8.5 Buds w/ Overpay), a Searing Bonk Boy (4.5 again, overpay) and a craft #99 Flapjack (which he bought for 15 Keys.)

Keeping that in mind, the offer is around 13.5 Buds or so, leaning more towards 13.

So where does that leave us?

Duped KE

His buyout is set at 12.5 and he will not take less than 10.

The offers seem consistent with clean KE's offers, so I'm not entirely sure this is a hat whose price is affected by the "dirtiness" of dupes.

He was offered 10 in unusuals by Tomoko,

Offered a sunbeams pot (~7 Buds) + Orbit fire slopers (~2 buds) + 2 Pure. 11 buds, hence my low end.

Most of the other offers fall way under the mark or sit at about 10.

It's tough for a hat like this. It's rare, rarely traded, and one of the two on the market is duped, making it's history hard to track.

Strictly speaking about pure offers

DOYLEE has been trying to sell his for ~11-12 pure for quite a while with no takers (perhaps because of the dupe), but in the past the hat has sold for 8-10. Unusual offers have been within this range however.

I was thinking of making the range 10-13, but I opted with 11. If you feel as though it's a better range, I'd be glad to resubmit.
