This are only 3 of these on record, and 1 of them is nowhere to be found on the market, so it's hard to find many examples of them being sold.
This price comes from market prices, and values of similar unusuals and effects - I'm valuing this barely under electrostatic,

B/O of 3.5 pure, requiring all offers to be over 3 - sold for an unknown amount, chances are, in that range, which is one of the main reasons for the suggested range. (prices of buds have dropped significantly since then.)

I believe this is enough information to but a price on this hat, please don't think I'm biased towards a higher price just because I own one.

You don't have to show other effects on this hat to give proof, they really don't mean much in terms of value nor proof to the suggestion.
I just used that to get a relative price range for the effect
Except you can't do that... Effects on hats can differ depending on what hat it is, take a look at tiers for Massed Flies. Usually pretty low, but it's up higher on nearly every Sniper hat. Prices are based off of what proof of sold trades you can give us, not relativity.

It's a new hat and a new effect, it requires at least 2 sales to create a price.

based on what? he did pay steaming bonk boy for it + crafts what he did buy for 2 keys? 2.3-2.8=2.55x0.9= 2.3buds what is lot of less than 3.3 low price..
There will always be outliers in a price, especially when someone wants another hat worth less more than the one they currently have.
ah nvm, I couldn't locate the history of it and assumed it was from an fresh unboxed private backpack. still, a resuggest at a lower range would be better, and dont you need 2 + SALES to price an unusual?
I listed the 2 that have sold in the range + an offer of a well amount of overpay, but I don't really know what it was sold for, but assuming he wouldn't accept something priced at 4.8 buds, he probably sold it for more.
not sharked - it wasn't priced and I gave him pure, he was asking way higher but I talked him down from me adding onto 2 buds and some keys to him giving me the bills and that hat, I hadn't done much research and was uneasy buying a heavy hat with a new effect, so I wasn't willing much, but certainly a person wanting wanting that effect/hat would be willing to pay the price. I was really quickbuying it so I would have a chance to make money, but upon further research, I realized it was worth more than I initially thought.

Your first one seems to have sold for a terrorwatt soviet gentleman (unpriced)
KAW federal is unpriced and is not usable as proof
And your third link is too old to use.
Feel free to resuggest after pricing the TW gentleman and KAW federal first. You need 2 defined sales.
