The one on the market for a full 1-2 months saw offers peaking at 5 and would have taken 5 pure, it seems. Another sale at 4.8. Sale at 6 is an outlier given many b/o's less than that. Sales at 4 just seem low to me. Both went quickly and there are a considerable number of offers more than that. One sale at 4 was also part of a big deal and probably shouldn't be used to price anyways.
