        you will need 2 sells.

        He is not going to sell that hat sevek main class is pyro

        and our clans themed effect is hearts..

        without a second sell on it you are just waisting your time. i know from experience he wont sell for less than 13 buds.

        and i know cause I have offer to him my most expensive hat.

        also we are friends for a very very long time still he rejected my offer.

          Actually, if you're referring to the "Two Sales Rule", that's only for hats with the new effects, and new hats with any effects. The Wraith Wrap came earlier than the Robotic Boogaloo (which generally regarded as the cut-off), so it's okay to make one-sale suggestions for it.

            I can confirm that the hat was traded for pure promo and nothing else.

            but if sevek decide (witch i doubt he will)to sell this it is going to be for over 10 buds for sure.
