this guy has been trying to sell this hat for over 2 months for 2 buds.

The highest offer he has got is 1buds and 8 keys. Also in the post you can see that according to his words last one was sold for 2 buds. In my opinion, 2,7 buds is too high and you will never be able to sell this hat for that price.

where's the proof for the lower range?

sorry, not a lot of people are selling this hat, I have tried looking for some trades on other websites, but this is the only one i could find. I just wanted to upgrade the price for that hat, because it obviously is not worth 2.7 buds.
