When I was selling mine I had the largest trouble, not many people like the hat it seems, and the "Themed" effect does not help. Here is one of my trades where I was looking for a B/O of 30 but got offered 26.5 pure http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14889330 that deal fell through to one that sold at 22 keys (will post link if I can find the trade) after that fell through I left the trade up for about 5 more days with nearly no offers except for in the range of 18-20. I later closed that trade and opened another trade with a B/O of 24 keys as seen here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15054509 I was later advertising on a server and aquired 15 pure key + 6 ref + Tinge Bills, fully valued at 23 keys, This shows the selling range can be shown to sell at 22 keys to 26.5 keys maximum.
