You aren't the only person with an influence for this hat, so all you could really do with the proof you've got here is to raise the top value, but since your bought value was within the current range, then you can't really alter the current low end. You've got to give us proof that 13 keys doesn't happen anymore when people offer to buy at that price. Until then, either find more proof to support, or close the suggestion and change your range.
